How to use

Excellent for seasoning quickly, even at the last moment, in a tasty way pasta and risotto. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but it is intended to enhance any dish to which it is a side dish.

Recipe

Savoury Biscuits with olives and cheese patè

Ingredients

20 savoury biscuits
200gr of robiola
200gr of gorgonzola
40gr of olive pate
6 walnuts
10 black olives Mayonnaise Parsley

Guidelines

In a bowl, put 100g of robiola, gorgonzola and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
With the help of a whisk, create a soft and uniform mixture
In a second bowl, add the remaining 100g of robiola, the olive pate and mix
Half of the biscuits garnish with the mixture of the first bowl, the other half with the mixture of the second bowl.
Gorgonzola biscuits can be garnished with paprika and a walnut kernel while biscuits with olive pate can be accompanied with pitted olives.
A leaf of parsley and the appetizer is ready to be served.
