Recipe

Farfalle with Shrimps and Cream

Ingredients

200g of farfalle
100g of shrimps
100ml of tomato purèe
100ml of cream
_ white onion
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Guidelines

In a large pot, boil plenty water, salt and proceed with the normal cooking of the pasta, for the time on the package.
Clean and chop the onion. In a non-stick frying pan, brown the onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then add the shrimps and let them flavor for a few moments.
Add the tomato purèe, season with a pich of salt and a sprinkling of pepper and cook over moderate heat for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the cream to the pan and mix well.
Turn off the stove.
As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain and sauteè in the pan with the seasoning (turn the stove back on).
Serve the farfalle with hot shrimps and cream, freshly prepared.
