Hamburger with grilled tomatoes and onions

Ingredients

500g Beef (minced)
1 egg
30g Parmesan (grated)
4 tomatoes
Grilled onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Guidelines

Beef burgers with grilled tomatoes and onions is a real treat, a very appetizing and genuine recipe.
In a large, combine the minced meat with egg, the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
Now work the meat with your hands, forming four large meatballs.
Mash them evenly, so you can give them the shape of the hamburger.
Alternatively, you can use the appropriate tool.
Heat the electric grill, in the meantime wash and peel the tomatoes and onions, then cut everything into slices about 1 cm thick.
Then start grilling; burgers on both sides first, then vegetables.
At the end of cooking, season the latter with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Plate up and serve while it’s still piping hot.
