Recipe

Lampascioni with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Lampascioni
  • 4 Sausages
  • 300g of Peeled Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper as needed
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Oil to taste

Guidelines

  • Drain the lampascioni.
  • Rinse and boil them in salted water, then put them back to soak in cold water for a few hours.
  • In a saucepan, lightly fry the sausages with a drizzle of oil, add the roughly chopped peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
  • Cook for a few minutes, then add the lampascioni and cook for about 10/15 minutes.
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes and then serve.
  • If you want you can use spicy sausage, so you will make your dish even tastier.
