How to use

Recipe

Millefoglie Sandwich with Apple and Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

8 classic Millefoglie
250g of ricotta cheese
50g of honey
20ml of Calvados
1 apple
20g of sugar
200g of currant
Cinnamon

Guidelines

Mix in a bowl the ricotta, the honey, 10 ml of Calvados and the tip of a teaspoon of cinnamon until you get a soft cream. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Meanwhile peel the apple and cu tinto cubes: then sautè the cubes in the pan with the rest of the Calvados and sugar. Divide the cream in the center of each dish, giving it the shape of a circle using a stencil.
Lay the apple and currant cubes on top.
Finifh with Millefoglie, cut lengthways into two triangles, placing them on the cake.
