How to use

Multicolored lasagna is not only perfect for bringing a colourful experience to the table, but, above all, to enjoy a truly unique and tasteful dish. It is best to cut the cooking time indicated in half, so they don’t get overly soggy from baking in the oven

Recipe

Lasagna with Pesto Sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

1 pack of multicolour lasagne
250g of pesto sauce
500g of ricotta cheese
6 mozzarella slices
Butter

Guidelines

Butter a baking dish. Make the first layer of lasagna ricotta and pesto, then the second with the mozzarella slices, and the third again with ricotta and pesto.
The last layer ricotta, pesto and slices.
Bake in preheated oven 200 degrees covered with foil for 15 minutes, then remove the foil ad brown for other 5 minutes.
