How to use

The gnocchi lend themselves to different uses. They are ideal for a healthy and refined meal even on a special occasions of for a special dinner : organic lovers will enjoy them on thei table every day to make the full of genuiness.

Recipe

Gnocchi with Bacon and Saffron Cream

Ingredients

250g of Gnocchi
100g of smoked bacon
150ml of milk
1 teaspoon of saffron
2 spigs of majoram
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Guidelines

Cook the Gnocchi in plenty of boiling water and add salt.
Drain well and set aside.
Meanwhile cut the bacon into cubes and sautè in a pan with the oil.
Dissolve the saffron on the warm milk and, when the bacon is crunchy, add it to the pan.
Add salt and thicken for 2 minutes. Chop the majoram.
Put the gnocchi in the pan and mix well the sauce.
At the end of cooking add the chopped majoram.
The gnocchi are ready to bring to your table.
