About this Product

Rice is the main plant cultivated on earth and one of the most common and fundamental food. Its origin in Italy dates back to the end of XIV and the beginning of the XV century and, since then, it has always been considered a versatile food, ideal to fit various recipes such as risotti, soups and sweets. The productive process ensured the conservation of the high-quality Carnaroli rice used by connecting it with vegetables and dried aromatic herbs.

Carnaroli Rice 96%
Dried Porcini Mushrooms 2%
Dried Carrot
Dried Chive
Dried Parsley
Dried Garlic

How to use

Put the contents of the packet into a wide and low pot.
Cover the rice with boiling water (1 litre) or vegetable stock(1 litre).
Add extra virgin olive oil (4tbsp).
When cooking stir occasionally and add more hot water if it is necessary.
Salt to taste (ca. 2 tsp). Cook 16/18 mins.
When the rice is cooked, it is optional to stir (withoutflame) in some Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp ofbutter to make it creamier.
