Recipe

Tiramisu with Orange Scent

Ingredients

  • Savoiardi
  • 70g of sugar
  • 2m large eggs
  • 2 sweet oranges
  • 300g of mascarpone cheese
  • Candied oranges in peels
  • 3 tablespoons of rum
  • Cinnamon

  • 2 sweet oranges
  • 300g of mascarpone cheese
  • Candied oranges in peels
  • 3 tablespoons of rum
  • Cinnamon

Guidelines

  • Combine the yolks and the sugar until you get a frothy cream, to which you will add a pinch of salt.
  • Add the mascarpone and some cinnamon. Mix everything and get a creamy dough.
  • Grate the peel of an orange and add it. Slowly add the egg whites and refrigerate.
  • Squeeze oranges and combine rum. Take the Savoiardi and soak the one by one in the juice obtained.
  • Place one Savoiardo in the bottom of each cup and cover with cream. Decorate with a strip of candied orange peel and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
