Recipe

Tomato Soup with with Sun-dried Tomatoes Rolls and bread

Ingredients

1 bottle of mashed tomatoes
Homemade bread 4 slices
Ripe copper tomatoes 500 g
Basil 8 leaves
Oregano to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt up to taste
Black pepper to taste

Guidelines

Pour the tomato rolls into a bowl and add the basil leaves.
Meanwhile, cut the bread into slices.
After the resting time, heat a grill well and place the slices of bread on it.
Grill them on both sides until they are browned.
At this point distribute the tomato rolls in the bowl together with the tomato sauce. Add the slices of bread, drizzle again with a drizzle of oil and leave to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve your tomato soup with bruschetta bread .
