About this Product

The taralli wiht black olives are an Apulinan traditional product. This is a typical appetizer of southern Italy, but over the years it has become famous thoughtout Italy and has now exported in all over the world. In this case the extra taste is given by the addition of the local black olives, which makes their taste pleasant and captiving.

Recipe

Fennels Gratin with Taralli

Ingredients

4 fennels
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
100g of taralli with olives
Extra virgin olive oil q.s
Salt q.s

Guidelines

Cut the fennels into slices with a thickness about 1 cm and place in a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Add the chopped taralli with the cheese, oil and salt and sprinkle the fennels.
Punt into oven at 180 °C and finish cooking with the grill.
