About this Product

A grastronomic symbol par excellence, Apulian artisan taralli are prepared with simple and genuine ingredients. Made with soft flour, water, salt, wine and extra virgin olive oil are great to enjoy at any time of the day.

How to use

They are a delicious little snack From Puglia. Crunchy and crispy, you can add favourite spices and herbs, and serve them with drinks for an Italian aperitivo!

Recipe

Turkey Breast with Taralli Breading

Ingredients

4 slices of turkey breast
2-3 eggs
200g of crumbled Taralli mediterranei
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper q.s.

Guidelines

Lightly beat the turkey slices and coarsely chop the taralli, by hand or with a mixer, the transfer them to a flat plate. Break the eggs by dividing the yolks from the egg whites. Pour the latter into a dish with a pinch of salt and pepper and beat lightly with a fork.
Dip the slices of meat in the egg whites, drain and pass the into the taralli, pressing with your fingers to make it stick wee.
Heat 5 tablespoons of oil well in a non-stick frying pan, lay the turkey slices and fry on both sides.
Once cooked, drain the excess oil on kitchen paper and serve.
